It goes for approx an hour with circuit tra...ining to begin with and ending with a yoga session... All levels of fitness welcome as its a do at your own pace activity and yoga is also for all levels... This Thurs see's the start of social tennis. Hit off from 6.30pm. Kids are welcome and encouraged to join in... All activities are about fun and getting out and doing something, as well as meeting new people... Cost is yet to be established, but it will include drinks, food, en...try, transport & race book for the day... There are 20 spots available and money is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event. Without sounding rude, money will not be refunded if you cancel after the 2 week deadline.
