12.01.2022 Just a quick message from Jason Smyth and the team at ALS Equipment Finance: As we see more and more notifications about offices closing temporarily and staff being quarantined, I wanted to let you know that it’s business as usual here. We are restricting visitors to the office from Thursday onwards but will be working hard and doing everything we can to keep businesses thriving. If we do find ourselves being house-bound under quarantine, I can happily work from home anyway. ...So it’s business as usual from my end. Drop me a line or email if you wanted to discuss how the asset write off rules can help you out. Banks have also indicated that they are open for business and have put measures in place to ensure transactions are approved and settled in a timely manner. Many of their staff work from home these days to avoid the daily commute and this capacity has been increased. There are also hardship provisions available if cash flow has been adversely affected.
