21.01.2022 Day 1 of the North Coast Championships, Division 1 carnival. #goteamalstonville

21.01.2022 Another great day of racing for team Alstonville yesterday: Lachlan received Gold in 200 fly and 1500 free. Angus made his first state final and 6th in 200 breast. ... Maddie got 5th in 800 free. That is the end of the state champs for 2020. Outstanding performance from our team. All 5 swimmers made finals, 5 gold medals, 2 silver and 1 bronze. We so proud of Alastair, Angus, Lachie, Maddie and Paddy. Massive thank you to our amazing coaches Graham, Clayton and Gemma.

19.01.2022 Tonights update from Sydney Olympic Park- Maddie - got 2nd with a 26 seconds PB in the 1500m Freestyle and also qualified for the Nationals. Lachie - got 1st in the 200M IM & a PB. He also got a 5th in the 100 Fly finals & a PB... Angus - PB in 100 Breaststroke and came 13h overall Paddy - 13 second PB in 800 Free and came 9th overall We are so proud of these superstars they were the talk/inspiration for the younger swimmers at club night tonight! #goteamalstonville

11.01.2022 Another great day of racing from team Alstonville. PBs all round. Alastair got 6th in his 100 fly, it was his first state final and national qualifying time. Maddie got 6th in her 200 free and national qualifying time.... Paddy got 8th in his 200 back and 9th in his 400 free, it was his first state finals also. Angus achieved great PBs in the heats for his 100 back and 400 IM. Lachlan got gold in his 400 free and silver in his 200 back. Super effort from the team!
