07.01.2022 How is that fitness routine going?Here is the Shibashi 18. It is also on youtube for you to follow. Good to do the Loosening through the joints first and then Shibashi!This routine is especially great for calming the nerves and getting the energy to flow well.Why not give it a go!

06.01.2022 Here is a simple chart of the Daily 6 exercises for you to use. The body moves in these 6 different directions and to loosen it off we need to move in all ways, not just forward! Choose one from each category if short of time. Do each exercise for 30 sec to 1 minute. Can repeat each 3 times.... HAVE FUN AND STAY LOOSE!!!
