14.01.2022 This is a Peer led group for individuals who have attempted suicide and/or experiencing suicidal ideation.A safe 'non' clinical space where people can support one another through the dark times, brainstorm alternative strategies to cope with difficult life circumstances, talk about thoughts of suicide without being judged or punished. 03.01.2022 Alternatives to Suicide N.O.R will be holding our first group at the Moon Cafe 2/323 William Street Northbridge Sunday 27 May at 2pm. This group is for people who have attempted suicide and/or experiencing suicidal ideation. We sit with you in your deep distress, we walk with you through your darkness, we help you look for the light in the dark. this is not for people who have been bereaved by suicide of a loved one.
