02.01.2022 FOR YOUR INFORMATION: Due to Covid-19 There will be a few changes as we navigate through these uncertain times and we ask for your understanding as your safety and that of our Altina family furry, scaly and human is paramount. With that being said we thought we would outline some of the changes for you:- Tour times will be 9am & 1pm daily... Due to social distancing restrictions we will be utilising our motorised carts for MOST tour times. For Family groups OF UP TO 10 PEOPLE there will be horse drawn cart tours available for a set price. The Croc and Alligator House will be temporarily closed until further notice. Behind the Scenes/Wild Encounters available will be:- Giraffe & Zebra (Giant meets stripes) & our Radical Rhino encounters. These will operate at 12:15pm & 3:15pm to work in with our standard tour times. ALL TOURS/VISITATION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, please call 0412 060 342 we cannot book you in on social media unfortunately. We ask that all visitors to please refrain from touching enclosure glass and rails and follow all signage and marked out paths. Additionally, our staff will be adhering to a strict cleaning schedule and other measures to ensure a safe environment whilst you are experiencing what Altina has to offer. Full payment details will be required to confirm your booking but you will still have until 3pm the day prior to your booking, to cancel or change the date and time without incurring any fee. We ask you to notify us by 3.00pm the day before your tour, if you or one of your group members have any flu like symptoms such as: fever, cough, sneezing instances etc or if any of you have or have been in the company of someone who has Covid 19, travelled overseas recently, has been in contact with someone who has arrived from overseas or been in a recognised COVID hot spot in the last 14 days, we would ask you to please cancel your booking. Above all please remember our staff are working towards keeping you safe and healthy as well as our animals, so please work with us during these difficult times so that we may be able to give you the true Altina experience.
