22.01.2022 PESC CONTENDER FEATURE RACE VICTORY FOR COOPER WEBSTER! There's just something about Road Atlanta that just seems to gel, however it didn't go all our way. Jordan was DQ'd in qualifying out of nowhere, and couldn't avoid the Lap 1 carnage to finished well down in the sprint race. Cooper didn't quite get qualifying right however it turned to be a blessing in disguise. Starting in 8th, Cooper serenely drove around knowing that an 8th placed finish would give him the feature p...ole position, and that is exactly what he did. Once on Pole and through the opening lap, he was never challenged, and managed to dominate the feature to win by 3.6sec, backing up his Road Atlanta win in the qualifying series. Huge points day for Cooper! Jordan drove a stonking feature race, to avoid some early incidents and make some measured passes to climb up 13 places from the grid to finish P11 and earn some much needed series points! 21.01.2022 STRONG ROUND THWARTED BY CONTACT IN FEATURE Round 1 of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup got off to a great start, with Cooper and Jordan qualifying P4 and P6 respectively, while Carlos missed out on converting his pace in qualifying. The opening race was very strong, with Cooper and Jordan both advancing forward in the races and scoring well with a 3-4 finish. Carlos too had progressed strongly before dropping out with contact mid-race.... The feature started well however Cooper was turned on Lap 2, and Jordan hit on the rear at the hairpin on Lap 3 dropping them to the end of the pack and ruining any chance of a good feature result. Carlos is looking forward to getting to next round at Barcelona after a double DNF round. Overall we leave feeling optimistic of our performance, despite the results not all going our way. 16.01.2022 CARLOS BOUNCES BACK AT CATALUNYA After a torrid opening round at Hockenheim, Carlos Fenollosa was determined to bounce back on his home track. Qualifying didn't go all his way being in 22nd, however he made up for it with a serene performance to avoid the mess and hold a strong pace in the sprint before further progressing to 8th in the feature! A great points day. It was troublesome for Cooper and Jordan however, after Cooper had a poor getaway from 4th on the grid, he wo...uld later be spun from an out of control car and drop to the back. Despite setting the fastest lap, he could do no more than 22nd. He drove an awesome feature and made his way to 11th before harsh side by side contact on the final corner put him on a roll and on his side, taking away strong result at that last moment. Brutal! For Jordan he has the worst luck. Since finishing 3rd at Hockenheim, he's been hit in the rear in each race since! Let's hope the driving standards improve for the next race so he can show the results he's capable of. Onto Red Bull Ring next week with a point to prove! Let's go! 10.01.2022 COSEY GOES BIG TO CLAIM PHOENIX ROAD TO PRO WIN ALL LOCKED INTO PRO The final race of the eNASCAR Road to Pro Round 2 took place at Phoenix with Michael Cosey Jr. and Christian Pedersen looking to lock themselves into the Pro Contender Series to join Jordy and Merch. The guys did an awesome job, with the windVOW8820 #99 climbing the highest mountain with a mega move to jump from fourth to first late in the race and pull off his first Road to Pro victory, giving Altus its ...third RTP victory of the round. CP then went onto secure his place with an assured 10th place finish. It was another stellar performance from Jordy and Merch also, claiming 2nd and 4th respectively and scoring very high placed finishes. At the end of the round, all four Altus drivers have qualified for the eNASCAR Contender Series and are going Pro! The final Round 2 standings were: - Jordy Lopez Jr 6th - Seth DeMerchant 10th - Michael Cosey Jr 14th - Christian Pedersen Unbelievable result! 03.01.2022 Petit Le Mans 2021 = Completed Fantastic effort by Simone Maria Marceno, Luke McKeown and Yannick Lapchin who have managed to take a Sixth place in the 8.3k SOF GTD class after a brutal 10 hour event! It was a race of attrition, but our guys all proved their worth today under extremely challenging conditions, hunting down that Top 5 to just 4.1 seconds into the final hour. ...
