21.01.2022 ZARA ... I photographed Zara as a newborn so it was wonderful to catch up and see how grown up she has become and how her personality was on display. My newly introduced sitter sessions are tailored just for 6-9 month olds and use natural light, a white background, simple outfits and minimal props. My aim is for the focus to be purely on your child and to provide timeless, natural images.

18.01.2022 ROAD TESTING BARNEY ... During Jake's sitter session today the courier delivered my box of new wooden toys. Perfect timing to put Barney the Hound straight to work earning his keep entertaining toddlers.

18.01.2022 YEAR 6 ... The parents did an incredible job in setting up an excellent party for the Year 6 students to end their year. Keeping that many excited children entertained and fed is not for the faint hearted. All the photos are available in an online gallery to freely download, share and print. The organisers will be sending out the gallery link and password.

18.01.2022 MIA ... Three years ago, Mia came over to celebrate her first birthday and had us in stitches with her enthusiastic and thorough approach to cake smashing. Then an outdoor family session before they moved overseas to live for a few years. Delighted to be able to photograph her again now they have returned home.

15.01.2022 After an epic few weeks, my Christmas mini-sessions and all the editing are done. Delighted to have 44 families come to visit and I've loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming some new ones. With 87 children to photograph, it has surely been a crazy amount of fun and chaos. Each year I usually post a collage with photos of each family, but this year I've had to make a slideshow to fit everyone in. Enjoy X

06.01.2022 JADE ... My son's girlfriend has her Year 12 Formal tonight so we went for a visit to take some photos before she left. There were some children playing in the nearby park who came over to watch, and every time Jade + Max had a kiss there were giggles and shrieks of delight from the little crowd.

03.01.2022 Okay, so when I posted my last video I thought I was finished with my Christmas mini-sessions .... but it turns out we had lots more little visitors wanting to get into the Christmas spirit. Lovely to see you all X

03.01.2022 Schools have been working so hard to make end of year milestones happen under all the new COVID regulations. I photographed the Curly school presentation assemblies this week and the logistics for the school were mind-blowing .... 900 students, 660 families, six assemblies, celebrating student achievements with printed awards and medals, showcasing the year with videos, and all done with a limited and socially distanced audience. No singing was allowed, so the Kindy students adapted by performing a signed version of a song. And yes, I still cry during the Sunshine song. All the photos have been uploaded to online galleries for families to freely download, share and print. The school will be sending out the links and password.

02.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS ... It's been such a crazy year for this cohort, so I was thrilled that the Manly Selective Graduation could go ahead yesterday. And I loved being able to photograph some of the children who I've known since Kindergarten. The online gallery of photos is now ready and the school will send the link + password out to all Year 12 parents. The photos can be freely downloaded, printed and shared.

02.01.2022 THEA ... It's taken a year and a half of eating all her crusts, but look at all of those gorgeous curls

02.01.2022 HARLOW ... My newborn sessions generally take close to 3 hours because I like to keep them unhurried and relaxed, with enough time to feed and settle babies as needed. And as parents of newborns know, they might be little but can absorb a whole lot of time. And what a delightful way to spend my time today, photographing the gorgeous Harlow.

01.01.2022 Did you know that each full session with me receives a slideshow set to music? I select some of your images, add some music, and you get to share it with family and friends. This is a short version of the slideshow made for Jodie, Andrew + Florence's sunset shoot at North Curl Curl beach. This was a great way of sharing updated photos, and showcasing their Northern Beaches lifestyle, with family in the UK.

01.01.2022 LOUIS + PHOEBE ... I've been lucky to photograph Louis over the years and he always has such a positive and happy approach to life. This year he brought along his little cousin, who appeared delighted to have him around as well.
