Cleanse your skin when its dirty... thats usually the evening for most of you... when youve makeup, sunscreen and pollutants to remove. . HOW TO: Use a gentle cream or milk cleanser thats created to cool, ...soothe, hydrate and cleanse. Time poor (and lockdown for some) means limited pampering day opportunities. I wanted to share 3 quick ideas to gift yourself a bit of extra love this week: . Add a pump/few drops of vitamin-rich body oil in to your body lotion for an extra delicious, hydrating body treatment. Slather liberally (maybe check your breasts at the same time ) . Exfoliate your ...face, neck, décolletage with a gentle physical exfoliant. Gentle circular motions, take your time. This is an easy one to do in the shower, better still gift yourself a hot bath. Follow with a nutrient rich face oil. . Massage a hydrating hair mask into the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, leave to air dry and sleep in the mask (make sure it has no protein in it - protein masks must be rinsed) . Okay so its not a day - its an evening of self care - that you can make a weekly ritual. You deserve it Sister .
