22.01.2022 After the loss last night for my good friend Jeff Horn I spent the whole night thinking about what it truly means to be a champion... Is it... Being at the top ...of your sport? How much money you make ? Or how many lives you positively impact??... for me its the last of the the 3... being at the top of your sport or making lots of money is amazing but for anyone who has done this you know its only short lived...but positively impacting and inspiring the lives of thousands of people has to be it... Jeff Horn has not only created an amazing career in boxing but has inspired a nation. He has not only single handedly ignited the sport of Boxing in Australia but has dedicated his entire career to helping bullied school kids... In my mind this transcends any world championships belt or making millions of dollars. The money and glory is always short lived but the positive impact he has made to the lives of so many will last a lifetime... For those that support him and those that dont I urge you to think about this.... What is the True Measure of a Champion?? God bless you brother for not only all you have done in your life so far but the positive impact you will continue to make... To me you are a true champion!!
