25.01.2022 Who would be keen to participate in a 3 times per week Outdoor Bootcamp at 6am Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a 4 week block (45min session) starting Monday 23rd November and running through to Friday 18th December! For those who commit to all the sessions and PREPAY it will cost you only $100 or you can pay as you go for $10 per session! 05.01.2022 Hi Crew, as much as I absolutely love what I do at Amazon Fitness, it is really important to give our bodies rest! My last classes for the year will be on Friday 18th December. Amazon Fitness will be closed for business for approximately 2 weeks while we have a rest and hopefully head up north to have Christmas with my parents and sister in Queensland.

05.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS!!! OK everyone, I have come up with a plan for the School Holidays starting next Monday 21st September and this timetable will run for the duration of the school holidays. I will come up with a new plan for the start of Term 4...... You will notice that ALL classes are 30 minute sessions and thus $5. The usual $20 unlimited classes will stand for those who do Zooms and/or Outdoor Classes OR $25 for those choosing to continue with the Online 'Love Your Body Group' as well as Unlimited Classes. NOTE: All outdoor classes will be Body Weight exercises only in accordance with new outdoor training regulations and ALL participants must bring their own mats please. These will be held at the Burke St Park in Warragul as I have a permit for there only! PTminder is all set up with the new sessions and schedule so by all means start booking away!!! As usual, please message me on 0448851244 should you need assistance with bookings or have any questions.
