17.01.2022 Client Spotlight Let’s hear it for this lovely lady . This is Kate and she has been lucky enough to be training with me for over 8 weeks now . No seriously all jokes aside, she is a total legend and has been absolutely smashing it out of the park. Since we started Kate has dropped a staggering 8kg of weight, 8cm from her hips and 6.5cm from her waist . These results are a testament to her hard work, commitment and determination and are well and truly deserved. ... 16.01.2022 Look at what 12 weeks and hard work can do!! This little ‘pocket rocket’ just keeps reaching goal after goal in her health and fitness story -(not a fan of the word journey ) . I am lucky enough to work with this amazing human 2 times a week for over 12 months now and during this time she has lost over a whopping 15kgs . Not only has she had a massive drop on the scales and centimetres on the tape measure but she has found a new love for running along the way . Nothing will stop her getting to where she wants to be and her attitude and commitment to her healthy lifestyle is so motivating to watch. Thank you for making me belly laugh every session and can’t wait to celebrate your successes with you on Friday night .

06.01.2022 Client Spotlight This is Lindsey and she has been training with me at Goodlife Dernancourt for just over 10 weeks. Lindsey is no stranger to hard work and came to me with the goal to change her lifestyle not just wanting a ‘quick fix’. In her line of work, she sees on a daily basis how precious life is and she wanted to make sure she is here and healthy for as long as possible . She was wanting to make regular exercise and healthy nutrition choices part for her everyday r...outine. We decide to sign her up to our 8 week transformation challenge at the gym to get the ball rolling so to speak. Winning 1st place was an absolute shock to both of us as we were just trying to gain some momentum and create some critical life changing habits. Lindsey’s amazing positive attitude towards her training and on a bigger scale her life is inspiring. She turns up every session with a fire in her belly that is unstoppable, which makes getting results for her very easy as her PT. I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months look like for us Lindsey. 06.01.2022 Don’t let injury stop you from achieving your health and fitness goals. This is my very lovely client, Jackie. Don’t let her beautiful, kind smile fool you, this lady is a killer . By that I mean she kills every workout thrown at her, every week I see her. But it hasn’t always been that way for her. ... I was lucky enough to meet Jackie half way through her fitness story and from here her results speak louder than words. Jackie had a debilitating back injury shortly after the birth of her first son, and after a lot of doctors, rehabilitation and advice, she joined the gym to start working on her core strength and overall fitness to fix this injury, once and for all. Now I am sure Jackie will tell you that not every day has been sunshine and rainbows. On her first session, it was quickly established that she could barely lower herself onto a bench, let alone do a body weight squat or lunge. So her road to rehabilitation was initially slow. Her positive attitude and commitment is not something you see everyday and to her never say die approach to each session is inspiring to watch. Jackie now regularly performs big compound movements like BB squats and Hip Thrusts and has just recently hit a PB on her Deadlift well over her body weight. Oh, and did I also mention that along the way she was able to get herself a smoking hot body as well? #teamjackie

04.01.2022 Getting out of your comfort zone. This year I have decided (or been encouraged )to mix up my cardio training. At first I was really apprehensive as I have never tried Kick Boxing before, but with the help from a great coach I am progressing each session.
