23.01.2022 Its been a hectic few weeks here @amberjars. Some of you may have felt it too. We are out of stock on many sprays and pump bottles and finding it very difficult to get more stock. Hopefully we will see some new stock in a few weeks. There are still some 200ml & 100ml bottles with Lotion pumps and plenty of all size aromatherapy bottles with the smaller Gel pumps. We have also created a few new combinations with the stock we have left, previously not available. 09.01.2022 04/10/20 Update - Freight company has confirmed they can deliver on Monday 05/10. Now to get your orders out to you. Thanks for your patience. Update on 250ml jars. We have made these available to purchase as we were fully expecting them to deliver to us today (Friday). Our Freight company advised that the container has not been unpacked (as of Friday morning) If you have already placed your order or plan to do so soon, your order will be packed and despatched in the order... we receive them. Fancy that, it steams across the water, gets through the ports and customs in a flash, only to get stuck at a Melbourne depot.

08.01.2022 A little News flash that may bring the price on your final cart down. Courier quotes are now available at checkout for orders over 5KG. It's still in the testing phase for large orders only at the moment. If you don't see a courier price its one of a few things. for now, it kicks in for orders over 5kg only its fussy, State, Suburb and postcode must be correct. Up to now, the Australia Post integration uses postcode only to calculate shipping fees. Couriers quotes nee...d all field to be correct if you are regional and your suburb shares postcode with a city, PLEASE DO NOT use the city name in your address because it's cheaper. This will cause delays and courier company WILL send us an additional bill which will be more than the original Australia Post price. For Regional areas, it will still be cheaper and better to use Parcel post.

So we tested all bottles and they survived in the freezer with water. 04.01.2022 Hi all, hope you are all staying safe and healthy. I will have some more updates for you all soon. For now just letting you know that we are still operating, although we cannot maintain our super fast service. Our shipping days will be reduced to every 2nd or 3rd day. This is due to Australia Post also reducing their pick-up service. This includes Express Post shipping. You can still select Express post, but keep in mind that Australia Post are not guaranteeing next day delivery. This is understandable considering the current situation. More soon....

02.01.2022 We will be taking a short xmas break from 24th Dec - 6th Jan. Last orders for the this year will be the 23rd Dec. If ordering on these last days, remember that it take several days to be delivered due to public holidays. WE recommend waiting for the new year to place orders if you will not be home. Australia Post will often leave parcels if they determine that it is safe to do so.
