23.01.2022 We have been able to return to full rehearsals every Thursday night. However, social distancing and Covid-19 procedures will remain in effect and we will continue to rehearse at Ipswich Model Band Hall for now. 03.01.2022 PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF START TIME TO 2.30! We are pleased to announce that we will be supporting Queensland Pioneer Steam Railway (QPSR) and their Twilight Christmas Trains events. We will be playing at Swanbank Station from 2.30pm to 4.30 pm Sunday on Saturday 19th December. We look forward to seeing you there for an exciting day out!
01.01.2022 At our AGM onThursday 13th August our new committee was voted in. Congratulations to everyone our new committee. We thank you for putting up your hand to take on these essentials tasks to help keep our band operating smoothly. . Also a special thank you to outgoing Treasurer Roxanne Power who has done a great job looking after our books over the last few years. Your hard work has been greatly appreciated by us all. We will miss you. . Many thanks also to Luke Zischke for his many years of service to the band. Regrettably Luke has decided to resign from the band due to family commitments. Thanks also to long time band member Barry Martin who is stepping back from a playing role in the band but who will still be working for us in other areas.
