AMCAP continued its support of Zonta House Refuge Association Inc collecting gold coin donations during our recent GEM Community morning tea, donations will help the organisation to put a spotlight on domestic violence as well as providing women to stay in the refuge for a week and receive food, accommodation, toiletries, clothes, transport and financial and legal support. We would also like to congratulate Greg King and Sandy Kepa for... winning the Employees of the Month in June. Greg King is the Skipper Transport Parts Sales Representative, he consistently delivered Drive for Results and his colleagues certainly recognised his behaviour by nominating him for the award. Sandy Kepa works in the warehouse, her commitment to Teamwork with all of her peers, and her passion to do the job efficiently at all times also made her the worthy winner. Last Sunday, a number of our staff participated in WAs biggest community sporting event, the annual City to Surf, raising funds for the Activ Foundation to support people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 08.01.2022 AMCAP team member volunteers helped spread the Christmas cheer this past week, supporting the The Salvation Army WA at their Doorways Program. The team sorted food donations and helped prepare hampers for over 100 families doing it tough this Christmas.

We spent a few weeks selling Daffodil Day merchandise and raising funds for Cancer Council, helping the charity to work across every area of cancer, from research to prevention and support. We would also like to congratulate Ritesh Prasad and Helen Fan for winning employee of the month in August. 01.01.2022 Our monthly GEM Community Day was held last Friday allowing our team to continue raising gold coin donations for our local charities. Our new Executive General Manager, Wayne Crofts, introduced himself to everyone and also provided an insight into his first two weeks at AMCAP. We would also like to congratulate Sarah Smith and Daniel Vanderlaan for winning employees of the month in July. Sarah Smith is the Administration Assistant from PFA, she went the extra mile by providing exceptional customer service.
