20.01.2022 COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE The Victorian Government has announced that all non-essential services will be closed imminently. As yet we are unclear as to whether the Veterinary Profession is deemed an 'essential' service. We will be open Monday 23/03/2020 from 7:30am-10pm (unless government updates change)... We will be deferring elective visits such as annual health checks, vaccinations, medication reviews and non-urgent elective surgeries such as desexing and minor dental procedures though we are still available for emergency and urgent consultation and surgery. We ask all clients who are coming to the clinic from today (Monday 23rd March 2020) onwards to please call the clinic or ring the outside buzzer when they arrive. We are only allowing one client to enter the clinic at a time. We have spaced our consultations so that your pets treatment can go forward with no delays. All clients and staff are expected to keep a safe distance of 1.5 metres at all times NO EXCEPTIONS. If our staff feel a client is not following these social distancing safety measurements then they will be asked to leave the clinic. All cash payments will be put on hold to minimise the risk of COVID-19 contamination. We appreciate that this is a drastic change from the normal procedure but in times like this we all must do what we can to help stop the spread. If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact our clinic on 97622555.
14.01.2022 We are having issues with our main phone line. If you are attempting contact please use our second line 97622999.
12.01.2022 E.Collars aka the 'cone of shame' keep your pet from licking, biting and scratching their wound or surgical site. The collar prevents infection and damage to the area. Without this additional protection infection is a big risk. It may be a pain for the back of your legs but will help fast track your best friends healing.
12.01.2022 Itchy season is still apon us! If you notice red spots, lumps and welts on your pup they might be having an allergic reaction to one of these pesky common household plants. Pull these pesky plants from your yard to stop the itch.
09.01.2022 We are happy to inform you that through our generous patients we have successfully raised $2000 from the bush fire relief vaccination campaign which will be donated to the CFA to do our part in helping the devastated communities. Additionally through everyones kind donations we have received $5000 worth of food and medical supplies to help animals both domestic and wild affected by the fires. Thank you to everyone that has donated and helped out our dedicated fire fighters and the effected domestic and wildlife within our communities it has all been very much appreciated.
