24.01.2022 Another successful Clean up Australia Day for our Scout group. We did it a week earlier than the official date as it’s nice for our Scouts to have the long weekend off. Well done to all who helped.

22.01.2022 We had an amazing group Christmas camp in GinGin. Was a fantastic caravan park with great people running it. I would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

21.01.2022 Congratulations to the Amelia Heights Scout Group who have received a grant to help them become a Container Deposit Scheme donation point. I’m sure they will o...perate a very well-used donation point for our local community to return their cans and bottles. People in the Balcatta community want to recycle right and they want to ensure fewer containers end up in landfill we can’t wait for the container deposit scheme to begin on 1 October!

19.01.2022 We are very thankful to the local community who have donated to our Christmas raffle so far. If you would like to still offer a donation we would be very grateful, so please contact us here or by private message. We will be starting the raffle very shortly to raise funds for the scout group to have an amazing end of year Christmas camp after such a trying year. So please support your local Balcatta scout group

18.01.2022 We are running a Christmas raffle, fundraising for our end of year camp. After such a difficult year this will be the first and only camp our group has gone on this year. Tickets are only $2 each. So please support our local scout group. To buy tickets you can contact us here or come down to the scout hall on Delawney st on Tuesday 6.30-8 Wednesday 6-9 or Thursday 7-9 to have a look and purchase tickets. The 1st prize is a wine and cheese hamper with lots of different runner up prizes.

17.01.2022 Lots of Halloween fun had at Scouts this week.

16.01.2022 This week the Scout group had an apple pie cooking contest between the patrols. The kids made it all on their own with one of our leaders doing the taste test.

We are taking this on as a new and exciting challenge and taking our scout program online and doing virtual meetings. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and exciting new opportunities.
