23.01.2022 Day #21 of my 30 day declutter challenge! Dropped this off to one of my favourite op shops cushions, fridge magnets, bottles, toys.... So much! And more to come!

19.01.2022 I've spent a lovely morning supporting Tina to create a beautiful space for her daughter to return home too. After 5 hours, some uber eats (decluttering is hungry and tiring work!) and 6 large bags to the op shop plus much more to come, we did it! Doing this as a team is what made it happen It's moving through the chaos, when the lounge was filled with clothes and nick nacks and papers, that I could see that Tina was wondering why she had invited me to help her do this i...n the first place. But thats when the magic happens! Suddenly it all came together. Bags filled for the op shop, the most important and loved items put back in their places, and a Soulful Space was created The reason I love doing this work is knowing that I am supporting my clients to let go of what is unneeded in their life, shifting the energy from overwhelm to empowerment. And giving them the tools to KEEP shifting. Its not just stuff, it's not just decluttering, it is moving toward more peace and freedom. And what can be better than that? It all starts at home

18.01.2022 Day #20!! Only 10 days to go for my 30 day declutter challenge its going to feel great to take this to the op shop today.... Lots of random crap, books, car stuff. But also some more cds, some sentimental. I just looked at them and asked, are these important for where I am going? The answer was a clear no. So bye bye
