Don The Dragon Wilson is the only kick-boxer to win 11 world titles in 3 weight ...divisions (light-heavyweight, super-light-heavyweight, and cruiserweight) and for 6 sanctioning organizations (WKA, STAR, KCIK ,ISKA, PKO & IKF). Along the way, he defeated 11 other world champions, 12 number-one contenders and 15 champions on 4 continents. White Dragon, a style of kickboxing, gave Don ''The Dragon'' Wilson his nickname and made him an 11 time Kickboxing World Champion. Over his career Wilson fought and defeated many Great fighters such as James Warring, Demetrius Edwards, Maurice Smith, Dennis Downey, Dennis Alexio, Branimir Cikatic, Mike Winkeljohn, Herb Thompson, Greg Smith, Muhammed Ashraf Tai, Panya Sornnoi, Pongdienoi Prasobchai, Rob Salazar, and a very controversial Draw against Jean-Yves Theriault. Called "The greatest kickboxer of all time," in 1984 by the independent STAR Ranking's system, Wilson's achievements had topped those of kickboxing pioneers Joe Lewis, Bill Wallace, and Benny Urquidez. Don's fight record was 71 wins, 5 losses with 47 knockouts along with winning 14 titles. Here is a breakdown of his accomplishments as a fighter.

La finale du All Japan 2002 est d'un calibre incroyable ,c'est un peu le "Ali vs Frazier" du kyokushin ,le face à face entr...e les deux champions du monde par catégories 2001 , lourds et super lourds . Kazumi monte sur le tatami pour son dernier combat , après être double vice champion du monde OPEN ,et 4 fois champion du All japan OPEN (record historique invaincu ) il fait face au double champion du All Japan OPEN des deux précédentes saisons , Hitoshi Kiyama . Un combat attendu qui tient ses promesses , pas de coup de pieds spéciaux mais des lowkicks qui ont du surement résonner en dehors de la salle ! L’année suivante en 2003 Hitoshi Kiyama devient champion du World Open .

07.01.2022 #3 LEGEND Le Championnat du monde par Catégories est le deuxième tournoi qui permet d’accéder au titre suprême de champion du monde Kyokushin , il est prestigie...ux de par sa rareté , tout les 4 ans ,de son niveau et du nombre de ses catégories qui est seulement de 4 , à savoir -70kg Legers -80kg Moyens -90kg Lourds et +90Kg Superlourds . En Finale superlourds de 2005 on voit l'opposition de deux géants de plus de 100kg : Lechi Kurbanov , Champion d'Europe en 2001 et Champion du All Japan Catégories Superlourd en 2002 . Redouté pour la puissance de ses coups et son agilité mais surtout son coup spécial le tobi ushiro mawashi geri ( coup de pied sauté retourné ) qu'il maîtrise à la perfection . Face à lui , Ewerton Teixeira qui s'est fait remarquer au All American Open ou il tient le titre de 2001 à 2004 mais aussi en arrivant 3eme au World Open 2003 à seulement 19 ans ! Les deux combattants se sont hissés en finale principalement par KO et ils sont venu à bout des meilleurs combattants de cette periode , Aleksander Pichkunov , Andrey Stepin , Artur Hovanisyan et Mikhail Kozlov ... Je vous laisse voir ce combat de titans avec deux styles différent qui s'oppose ! PS: Il se sont déjà affronté pour la finale du All American Open 2002
