This year She spoke deeply about our current situation, Mother Earth and Mother Nature, the importance of growing our own organic chemical free food and even carpooling to create less pollution. Amma listed seven guidelines She felt humanity needed to follow moving forward: 1. As much as possible, keep your body and mind under control 2. Acknowledge and obey the universal laws set by God - the suprem...e authority 3. Maintain a regular spiritual practice, at least to a small extent 4.
