15.01.2022 I found myself at the end of today looking for something sweet. My bodys way of saying I need some energy. A good block of chocolate always sounds good. But I have found that if i consume a very large glass of water before indulging myself than i am more likely to consume less sweets. As water is also energy to the body, and more often what it needs.

He said, all you hear is parents complain about how tired they are and exhausting it is, it is a real turn off from having kids. While this is true for nearly everyone I would love to hear the opposite of this in a well articulated way.
