21.01.2022 Here’s the old #recipe I changed to be #plantbased . I replaced the chicken with a #fakemeat but it would be just as good with #jackfruit #tofu #tempe ( #tempeh )or just more #veggies !!!! I changed the veg up a bit too, adding #broccoli , #greenbeans and grated #cucumber right at the end. Add water if it starts to dry out, this should be #saucy . Use rice or mung #noodles if you want #glutenfree free. I also used a #vegan #teriyakisauce made from #coconutnectar add #goodsalt and #freshgroundpepper to make it #evenmoredelicious

Sauce is made of cashews , hemp seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice white wine vinegar, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, a little Dijon mustard, oil and some spring onions from the garden. 06.01.2022 It’s been ages! . Found my cooking bug today so whipping up a few batches to go in the freezer . But for tonight we tried a thermomix recipe and I’m very pleased. Added some garlic powder and salt and pepper, extra onion and extra mushrooms, including wood ear and shitaki.
