18.01.2022 AMRS ROUND 2 - SPECTATOR SUNDAY Excited to annouce we will be providing access for up to 1,000 spectators to occupy the main grandstand at Sydney Motorsport Park tomorrow (Sunday, 27 September)! Entry will be via Gate 1 (at the Ferrers Road/Brabham Drive roundabout)and admission will be $20 per person, with children under 16 free when accompanied by a paying adult.... The gate will open at 8:30am. Please note, spectators will be confined to the main grandstand and will not have pit or paddock access. Spectators are also advised to please bring their own food/drink. 17.01.2022 Some more great racing at Sandown this morning, with Ian Cowley notching up another win in the AMRS Invited Race Cars, Tim Blanchard defeating Jonathan Miles by just 0.3s in Victorian Formula Ford Series and Tim Shaw edging out Graham Smith by a similarly slim margin in TA2 Racing. Now we get into the afternoon session, highlighted by a one-hour enduro for the massive Hyundai Excel Racing Association of Victoria field!

14.01.2022 Excited to welcome Australia's most widely-recognised junior development category, the Formula Ford Australia Championship, to four of our rounds in 2021! Formula Ford will appear at our Sydney Motorsport Park, Winton, Queensland Raceway and Tailem Bend rounds. The SMP, QR and Bend events will also include a championship-within-a-championship for the FF1600 (Kent-powered) cars. Having produced icons of the sport like Mark Webber, Will Power, Craig Lowndes, Jamie Whincup, Chaz Mostert, Nick Percat, David Reynolds and Anton De Pasquale, national Formula Ford is deservedly recognised as the primary breeding ground for young talent and we can't wait to see future stars of the sport battling for glory!

10.01.2022 Its been a while between updates, but the current situation in Victoria has meant weve had to leave the resumption of our 2020 season a little while longer. At this stage, our scheduled Sandown round (which was to be held on the last weekend of August) has been postponed until 27-29 November. Based on what happens with border restrictions and government requirements, were hopeful well be able to go racing before then, and well keep you updated as news unfolds.... Fingers crossed well all be on track soon!

10.01.2022 Congratulations to Nathan Herne Racing on scoring a drive in Australia’s Great Race, the Bathurst 1000 next month! Nathan has been a regular participant in AMRS rounds over the last couple of years, winning races in both the Formula Ford Australia Championship and TA2 Racing Series and showcasing these AMRS categories as breeding grounds for future stars of the sport. We’ll be keeping a close eye on Nathan’s progress at Bathurst and wish him all the best for his big debut!

Please note spectators must enter via Gate 1 (the gate at the Ferrers Road/Brabham Drive roundabout) and will be required to remain in the grandstand throughout the day. There will be no... access to the pits/paddock area for members of the public. The admission fee will be $20 per person with children under 16 free when accompanied by a paying adult. 05.01.2022 It's been a while between updates, but the current situation in Victoria has meant we've had to leave the resumption of our 2020 season a little while longer. At this stage, our scheduled Sandown round (which was to be held on the last weekend of August) has been postponed until 27-29 November. Based on what happens with border restrictions and government requirements, we're hopeful we'll be able to go racing before then, and we'll keep you updated as news unfolds.... Fingers crossed we'll all be on track soon!
