This amount was raised from a combo of daffodil sales yesterday and our online donation campaign. ... We bought 45 bunches of daffodils and sold out by 11am. Next year we will buy 100! 12.01.2022 This time it’s personal. Cancer got my Beau-père (beautiful step-father) Roger, just 4 short years ago. It came quick and it came ravaged. He got a double dose for his troubles, prostate and colon. Mum, the superstar that she is has not only survived but flourished. He would not have fared so well in today’s Covid climate. He was all about the wheeling and dealing of business. If he couldn’t do that, then nothing. He also wouldn’t want to be caged to 1 home nor 1 country. Wh...at did he know? We miss him everyday.
