24.01.2022 Called back to the new Cockburn fire station to seal the top of the concrete panels to the flashing above, seal the sides of concrete panels to flashings on colums and to fill the holes in the panels with polyurethane to create a feature finish in the concrete.

06.01.2022 Sealing up some expansion joints in Yagan square where all the pavers have been pulled up around the drains and then re layed to allow for the expansion joint in the granite pavers to be inline with the expansion joint in the concrete underneath. This job is to be done in two stages to allow the public to move freely.

04.01.2022 Bit of a sad one today. Worked on this memorial for a young girl in mandurah who had a helicopter accident. All materials, time and workmanship has been donated for this job. So of course when AMS Seal got wind of the situation we also are not charging for this. Fantastic place for a memorial and a great place to work and install white mastic. Credit is due to the guys at First class construction for taking on the majority of the costs for this project.
