25.01.2022 Playground Update! Byford Secondary College Art Students are in the final stages of creating a beautiful mural reflecting the scenery surrounding the Club. We are coming close to completing our brand new Kids Zone! Shade sails and additional features will be completed by mid December.

24.01.2022 Byford & Districts Country Club advise all members that the Financial Statements for FY 2019/2020 are now available through the Members Portal of the Byford & Districts Country Club website www.bdcclub.com.au. You must login to the Members Portal with your unique username and password, provided to you upon signing up to the Club. If you do not have this information, please email [email protected] for further assistance. The Financial Reports are also available to all Membe...rs via email and in-person upon request. Please contact our Administration Team (between 9am-5pm) on (08) 9525 1276 or email [email protected] to provide these copies. We wish to remind all Members the Clubs Annual General Meeting takes place this Saturday, 5th September 2020. Members who are intending to attend are requested to arrive by 9.30am to check in with our Administration staff and sign the attendance register to avoid any delays to the scheduled start time of 10.00am. As advised on 8th August 2020, any questions relating to the Financial Reports must be received, in writing, by the Acting CEO, at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the AGM. This ensures accuracy in the answers being provided. If you have any questions relating to the upcoming AGM, please do not hesitate to contact us. 10.01.2022 Byford & Districts Country Club (BDCC) advise all members the Club will be introducing a mandatory sign-in register, effective from Monday, 14th September 2020. At this time, we will also be extending our Administration hours to cater to our ever-growing membership. This team will now be available 7 days per week, during all Club opening hours. The Sign-In Process... A member of the BDCC Administration Team will be on-hand to assist all members and guests familiarise themselves with the new sign-in system. Our state-of-the-art kiosks make signing in a quick and straightforward process. You simply enter your membership card number and youre on your way! From Monday, it will be a condition of entry that all members sign in when entering the Club, upon each visit. All members are also obliged to enter the details of their nominated guests. Note: Each BDCC member is permitted to have a maximum of five (5) adult guests per visit. Members Once signed in, members are welcome to utilise the Club as normal. At time of ordering, members are invited to produce their membership card to receive service and their membership discounts. Guests of Members When registered as a guest of a BDCC member, guests will receive a text message to their nominated phone number. At time of ordering, please produce this text message to a member of the BDCC Team to receive service. Note: You will not be served if you are not a BDCC member or the guest of a BDCC member. We have always operated under these conditions, as per our Club License. Our team have worked tremendously hard during the year to be able to introduce a compliant, innovative and sleek sign-in process. 08.01.2022 Our latest project On your next visit, you will notice something a little different along our driveway. An old sugar gum has been transformed by our team - sending members and guests an important message as they enter the Club. The Blue Tree Projects mission is to help spark difficult conversations and encourage people to speak up when battling mental health concerns. By spreading the paint we are spreading the message that its okay not to be okay. The aim is to help b...reak down the stigma thats still largely attached to mental health. This amazing project is very close to our hearts at the Club. Nobody is immune to anxiety and depression. Nobody is immune to feeling scared, upset, like a failure... these feelings are experienced by everyone at some stage, so dont be afraid to reach out for help. We all have our internal battles, heartbreak, self-doubt, but death is not the answer, asking for help is. The Club prides itself on being a home away from home for our staff and members alike, so if youre ever feeling blue and need a chat, were here for you Blue Tree Project

The Board recently met to determine eligibility and suitability of all board member nominees and are happy to advise the following people will proceed to the election stage: 1. Kelly Berry 2. Leah Horton 3. Shaye Mack... 4. Ashley White Byford & Districts Country Club will be utilising a verified online election service, Election Buddy, to tabulate all votes. Each current financial member of the Club is eligible to vote. Each member will receive email notification and link to allow you to vote. Members are welcome to vote for their two (2) preferred candidates. Members will be assigned a unique key which can only be used to vote once, and all votes will remain anonymous. The voting deadline is 22nd August at 6.00pm. The results will be announced at the Clubs Annual General Meeting on 5th September 2020.
