05.01.2022 A yummy quick & easy low carb dessert or snack 1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of coconut flour Mix in the thermie then press into a cake tin. Don't bother washing the bowl then throw in 1 bar of dark chocolate... 1 tablespoon of coconut oil & melt Pour over peanut butter base. Leave it plain or put whatever you like on top. I tried walnuts, dried bananas, sesame seeds, chia seeds & salt flakes. Add maple syrup to the base if you'd prefer it to be sweeter. Melts in your mouth See more
