This is actually the 3rd time Jacqui has taken out 1st place in our challenges... seriously amazing! ANDDD Jax achieved these results purely focusing on todying up her nutrition... she didn't have the time or capacity to do much exercise at all this time! ... 05.01.2022 DAILY HABITS Before starting our Nutriiton program & wellness coaching business we where what you would say a normal every day couple... working hard at our careers year in & year out, using the weekends & holidays to escape from the daily grind. We actually thought at the time that we where both FIT & HEALTHY! ... partying, eating & drinking what ever we wanted!! The reality was that our lifestyle was out of balance, we felt tired, lethargic, stressed & AVERAGE. Particul...arly around this time of YEAR! After a great ‘chance’ conversation with good friends of ours we made a decision to change our nutritional habits, we started a 3-Day trial & got involved in a community built around HEALTH, PERSONAL GROWTH & OPPORTUNITY.
