25.01.2022 People need what you have to offer. We all have a unique gift to give. You are doing the world a disservice by playing it small. If you are not living up to YOUR full potential, there is no time like the present.

24.01.2022 Small consistent steps are the way to success, and it all starts with a good foundation. Don't forget to celebrate the small wins, and remind yourself how far you have come.

23.01.2022 WHAT is happening IN this photo? (Apart from me being photo bombed)

22.01.2022 What do you want to be? Midlife crisis? Quarterlife crisis?... Wanting more than your current 9-5? Attended a few seminars and heard them talk about dreaming big and the importance of having a vision? Motivated and Inspired but not sure where to start? Not really sure what your big dreams or vision is? The best way to work out what you want to do is to start. If you wait until you have it all worked out before you start, you will never start. Practice makes perfect, and the way to perfection is to start. You don't have to have it all figured out. Just start. Take the first step and the rest will follow. Your vision will become clearer once you start experiencing all the possibilities out there.

22.01.2022 Still got it! First time surfing this year and glad to see that I haven't forgotten how to do it! What hobbies do you enjoy that you've been neglecting and want to pick up again? or have recently started?

21.01.2022 I was recently featured in the Epoch Times newspaper for running live Falun Dafa meditation classes on Facebook! 'Amy Duncan, who used to suffer from anxiety until she started learning the practice, said that due to COVID-19, she couldn’t conduct the in-person sessions, so she opted for the online classes. I want to give people who might be interested in learning Falun Dafa the opportunity to benefit from the practice as I have, ... I realized that before I could fix the world, I needed to fix myself, and that is the only thing I am truly responsible for and in control of is myself, The most important thing for me to do is to focus on my own conduct and character and be a positive influence for those around me, Click here for the full article! https://www.theepochtimes.com/online-falun-dafa-meditation-

20.01.2022 Get Dressed! I've been working from home lots since covid. After going through my miracle morning routine which consists of: meditation, exercise, reading and journaling (That's another post in itself...) ... It's so tempting to get into my big fluffy grey tracksuit and get ready to work from home in fleecy comfort! I have definitely been a member of the work from home tracky-dack club! The only problem is it leaves me feeling slovenly, and incapable of ducking down to the corner store without feeling like a slob! For the last week I've made an effort to get dressed and tidy my hair before starting work, even if I don't plan on leaving the house all day! Since doing this I feel more motivated and confident to smash through my work because I am dressing for success! There may be times in the future where I work in my tracksuit, but for the time being I am happily revoking my tracky-dack club membership, and joining the dress for success club! How do you feel about this? Do you work from home? Are you a member of the tracky-dack club? Or do you prefer to dress for success no matter the occasion?

20.01.2022 The people closest to us are those we hurt the most. When we get hurt, we often put up walls to prevent it from happening again. We communicate from a place of defensiveness and protectiveness, rather than allowing those around us to see our vulnerability and humanness, which is what makes us relatable and lovable in the first place.... Most of us are harboring unhealed wounds from the past which negatively impact our ability to connect with those around us and to feel real joy. Our triggers usually originate from past events and childhood memories which might not have anything to do with the current people in our lives. Rather than carry around these old triggers, we can release them and move forward in our lives without feeling unnecessary negative emotions from the past. We can join together and fight the common enemies of disconnection and hurt, and break the perpetual cycle of unconsciously hurting those around us due to us feeling hurt ourselves. You can't change the past, but you can break free of its control. If you want to gain insight on how you can release yourself from the influence of past events, and live a happier and more aligned life with yourself and those around you, send me a DM, or feel free to join my FREE Facebook group "Mindset for Health" where you will be part of a supportive online community on Health, Wellness and Mindset. 17.01.2022 The World is Flat! Have you ever questioned why something is the way that it is; simply to be told: "because it is." (Fullstop intended) It is these kind of answers that squelch creativity and leave it dead in the gutter. ... It reminds me of the cartoon where a man is pushing a cart with square wheels, and another man approaches him to explain that he has a better idea, but the first man declines, stating that he is "to busy" to hear of this 'better way.' Nothing is absolute. Science has been able to advance precisely due to new ideas and people daring to think outside of the box and break rules and definitions which enables them to make new inventions and discoveries. Just because someone tells you "it's not the way it's done" or that "you shouldn't do it" or reminds you of the danger associated with the risk, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't do it! This reminds me of the quote: "People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it" If you know that you are capable of more and would like help to push the boundaries of your life and see what is possible for you, DM me, or join my FREE Facebook group for more Healthy Mindset hacks. https://www.facebook.com/groups/mindsetforhealth/

17.01.2022 Since Covid19, I have had more time than ever. But with this additional time comes additional pressure I place on myself to use this time wisely. I have never been one for sitting around idly allowing the hours to slip by me. ... Planned down time or day off, for sure! Idly allowing days to pass me by, this scares me more than the pandemic! With my being slightly more anxious to succeed than usual, this has brought me some issues in allowing myself to calm down and enter into tranquility during my daily meditation practice. I literally felt stressed out during my mediation the other day because I was allowing thoughts of what I needed to do to pop into my head while I was supposed to be meditating! Enough is enough! I made the decision that I was hear to meditate, hear to enjoy the 1 hour of tranquil bliss which I knew was going to calm my mind, clear my head, release the tension in my neck, and give me the clarity to succeed that no amount of nootropics could match! Once I succumbed to the action of meditating and devoted myself to being present for the duration of the practice, I reveled in the tranquil energy field that was slowly enveloping me and raising me to a blissfully content state of mind. Some people might think that experienced meditators never struggle with distracting thoughts, and that if you are a person who is always on the go and can't sit still then you can't meditate. I'm here to tell you no, and no. I can tell you that for myself and other experienced meditators I know, that distracting thoughts still come, you just get better at negating them; if you put in the effort. I can also tell you as someone who use to suffer from chronic anxiety, who would rather chew their own arm off than sit still, that yes, meditation can definitely help all you go getters out there! Have you tried mediation before? If so, what has been your experience? falundafansw.org

14.01.2022 We are supposed to feel fantastic and we are supposed be our best and healthiest version of ourselves ! Celebrating Sunday! Celebrating this beautiful bride to be Jennifer! ... Feeling and looking strong and healthy! To say i’m pleased with my progress is an understatement. When I started, I set a goal to lose 20 pounds, but I honestly didn’t think it would happen. Today i’m down 21 pounds and feeling GREAT!! I couldn’t be happier for you, Jennifer! Well deserved! xx #nutritionalcleansing #ifshecanyoucan

12.01.2022 Camping Trip! Had the most amazing 3 day hiking trip with my Fiancé recently! I often get neck tension and pressure headaches caused by working in front of my computer for prolonged period of time. ... By the third day out here with no reception, and nothing to stare at except the ocean, sky, and jungle, the consistent pain I have been experiencing for years literally melted away! Isn't it interesting to think about how much technology has shaped our lives in the past decade alone!? Don't get me wrong! I love working location independently from my phone or laptop anywhere that has a wifi connection, but with this freedom has come the responsibility and strain of feeling like we are always "on" and never able to turn "off". It is very important that we learn to separate our work time from our down time, and learn to work effectively in our work time, so we can really really relax in our down time, rather than being on a constant idle. Like a parked car with the ignition running, constantly ready to shift into drive, the engine never getting a chance to turn off and cool down. How does technology effect your life? What action do you take, (or want to take) to make sure you get the rest and down time you need? 10.01.2022 Change your thinking, change your reality.

10.01.2022 Practical experience is the best teacher We learn through making mistakes Practice makes Perfect!

09.01.2022 Do opposites attract? Well yes, and no... While Men and Women are innately different, and past experiences and communication styles differ greatly (even among those of us who feel like we are kindred spirits), the reality is that relationships are built upon some form of common ground, and we need to have some form of common interests, values, and goals, in order to feel enough of a connection that we will want to build a relationship with them. ... Do you want children? Do you fancy getting married? How about your partner? What would you like to do over the next five years? What what your partner? Are your plans compatible? What are your non-negotiables? How do you like to spend your time? Do you share any hobbies? Doing things as a couple that you both enjoy brings you closer together! In the words of Steven Covey: Think Win/Win, or No Deal. Rather than agree to watch a football match with your partner if you are not interested in football, or have your partner agree to join a gymnastics class with you if they are not interested in gymnastics, find something that you both mutually enjoy and do that together! Keep your interests that are exclusive to each of you as things to do with friends or by yourselves, and spend your couple time doing things that you both enjoy! Or at least don't agree to do things together that one of you actively dislikes!!! For Shannon and I, one of our shared interests is exploring the great outdoors! What is a hobby or interest that you share with your partner, or the people closest to you? Do you spend enough time doing these things together?

07.01.2022 How does this relate to you and your life?

07.01.2022 Always remind people of their worth, one small act could mean the world to them.

07.01.2022 What are your thoughts on this?

06.01.2022 What are you're thoughts on this quote?

05.01.2022 Anyone trying to achieve great things gets nervous. It's not the nervousness that is the problem, it is when you let the fear stop you from moving forward. Small consistent steps are the answer to moving through fear, while cultivating resilience and self belief.

03.01.2022 What are you're thoughts on this quote? I believe it is relevant, but I also feel that people benefit from direction. I suppose it is a question of what you are directing them towards? ... Is it what they want? Or is it what you want? Is it in line with there values? And more importantly, is it beneficial to them, the people around them, and ultimately the greater good of society?
