20.01.2022 A little over a year ago I decided to say "Why not" to a business opportunity. I am so grateful that I didn't let fear get in the way and I am so excited about where it's taking me. Money can't buy happiness but it definitely gives you freedom and choices. Which I'm super keen on having. 03.01.2022 Tomorrow It will have been three weeks since starting my healthy living journey. I have cut out alcohol, coffee, gluten, dairy and refined sugars. My breakfast has consisted of shakes full of good vitamins, minerals and free of soy and animal products. ... I have been clean eating for lunch and dinner and enjoying the hell out of my good food snacks so Ive not gone hungry.... I have already lost weight and Im feeling pretty damn good about my wonderful body. My skin has cleared up and my energy levels are through the roof....not to mention the full nights sleep I now get which goes undisturbed. This is THE life.
