22.01.2022 Well that's a wrap for me for 2020! Holidays start now! What a crazy year to say the least! Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my business and myself this past year! I certainly would not be in the position I am in now without the support! It has been a huge year of growth! Enjoy Christmas with family and friends, keep smashing goals but still enjoy the yummy foods Christmas offers, life is meant to be lived and there's no way I'm stopping an...yone from doing just that! May the new year be even bigger than the last! Merry Christmas everyone!

21.01.2022 4 WEEKS!! My client Shannen has only been with me for 4 weeks! She lost an amazing 13kgs on her own and has now come to me wanting to tone up and gain lean mass! Shannen is new to training and I have taken advantage of that and put her straight on her calculated maintenance calorie intake of roughly 2400cals! And this is only going to increase! Newbie gains are coming in quick! And weight has stayed the same ... Like most of us girls, the thought of eating more food can be a bit daunting and despite Shannen feeling this way at the start, she has put the effort in to reach her caloric intake and protein goal! Just look at the results! Body fat is down and lean mass is up! She's already creating some amazing shapes food is a tool and if used correctly you can achieve amazing results! Shannen still has another 6 weeks to go of her transformation so keep your eye on this girl!

11.01.2022 Hi guys! From next week I will now only be working Monday to Thursday at Zap until after November! This means I have now hit capacity with face to face sessi...ons for the time being I am still offering online coaching at $65 per week! This includes a training program, nutrition coaching and macro/calorie allocation, weekly check ins and online support! I will advertise when spots become free for face to face sessions so keep your eyes open. Thank you everyone for all the support! Things are really taking off with my business and super stoked with the feedback I'm getting!

05.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT At the start of the year Morgan entered a fatloss phase losing 12kg, from the start of isolation we successfully reverse dieted back up to maintenance calories with very minimal fat/weight gain and have now entered a surplus and started his building phase! 1ST PHOTO: January >July (now)... 2ND PHOTO: January > April(Start to end of fatloss phase) 3RD PHOTO: April>June (Start and end of the reverse diet) 4TH PHOTO: June>July (first few weeks of building phase) Amazing stuff Morgan! 03.01.2022 8 weeks reverse dieting and training Brieana The goal was to lose fat and tone up and we acheived that by eating MORE food! Previously she was only eating a small amount of food due to gut issues and intolerances which we've now managed to get under control! There may only be 1kg difference between the photos but the changes in her body comp show much more of what has happened over this time! Progress isn't always shown on the scales!... 01.01.2022 8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION This is my superstar client Jess! 8 weeks into her coaching and she has lost 6kg and a total of 30cm in measurements! The effort Jess puts in day in and day out is phenomenal! The determination to reach her goal honestly motivates me to do better myself each and every day! She never gives up! Jess is a flexible dieter, she tracks everything she eats and ensures she hits her set calories and protein intake whilst still enjoying the foods she loves!... She trains hard and always shows up for herself and no one else! Losing weight does not mean you have to eat bro meals like chicken, brocolli and rice! You can eat whatever you want as long as you control portion sizing, consume adequate protein to help prevent loss of lean mass and remain in a caloric deficit. I find this way of dieting to be most effective on those who tend to get cravings, have a real sweet tooth and fail to adhere to a stricter diet. Who wouldn't want to lose weight and eat delicious food at the same time? There is only so much I can do to help a client reach their goal, I can write a program catered to their needs, assign nutrition for their goal, encourage them to achieve their goal but it is 100% up to the client to commit and put the effort in and that is 110% exactly what Jess has done! You invest in me, I invest in you! I'm so proud of Jess and what she has achieved in just 8 weeks! And the best thing is, we are only just getting started! Big things to come from this girl!
