09.01.2022 I am excited to be teaching one of my favourite workshops in Fremantle in December - Arches & Legs. I have a passion for the feet and gait! Over the workshop weekend we will look at skeletal anatomy, palpation, the extrinsic muscles of the feet that act like puppet strings. We will also look at the amazing group of intrinsic muscles of the feet. These muscles are the core of the feet and instability in these muscles can cause the extrinsic muscles to overwork....
