Over the workshop weekend we will look at skeletal anatomy, palpation, the extrinsic muscles of the feet that act like puppet strings. We will also look at the amazing group of intrinsic muscles of the feet. These muscles are the core of the feet and instability in these muscles can cause the extrinsic muscles to overwork....
