25.01.2022 We are looking for another leading light to join us on the dining room floor at Anchovy. We are a small family operated business in every sense so expect to chip in at every level and in all aspects. Previous experience in the restaurant industry and in a similar environment (small, detail oriented, banter) is a must. Casual hours to start with an opportunity to go full time. 20.01.2022 Khao Soi Lao, spiced pork and fermented soy bean sauce and herbs on the side available on our take away menu from Saturday onwards. Noodles in a clear pork broth and stained with a tomato-laden mince sauce. A lighter version of its coconut forward counterparts. #anchovytogo

17.01.2022 Lobster, XO, crispy egg noodles Live Tassie lobster stir fried with housemade XO sauce and served over a bed of crispy egg noodles. Yesterday's sunshine and warmer winds made us crave seafood. And a bottle of pet nat or sparkling rose.... These are 800g lobsters and will serve two with the crispy noodles. Or add on more crispy noodles if you want to.

The sauce will then be wok tossed with Victorian jumbo pippies for this week's addition to the menu @ Anchovy

16.01.2022 We have taken desserts off our takeaway menu because we think you should stop by at our neighbours @fritzgelato when you come by to pick up your takeaway meal. They are two doors down from us, you won't miss them. Coffee is our favourite. Remember to #shoplocal and #supportsmallbusiness, of which there are so many along @bridgerd.richmond and all around @loverichmond3121.
