16.01.2022 Stunning day at Natural Bridge today. Light frost in the morning followed by a glorious sunny day.....and no humidity. Clear blue skies and the stars at night are amazing. 06.01.2022 Another great Enneagram Panel on Wednesday night. Panel number 944. Interesting talk by Clem on Gurdgieff and music. Discussed the development of a super-ego & it as the origin of Sloth. Finished with flow & discernment. Brilliant. Thanks to Clem, Gary, the teachers & Interns.

05.01.2022 Another wonderful Wellness & Meditation weekend. Walking through the rainforest, meditation, massage with the magical Leanne & gourmet meals prepared by Kerry everyone felt rested & ready for another hectic week of work & relationships. We even celebrated Harrisons 18th birthday.
