23.01.2022 Remembrance Day. Lest We Forget Educators and children did a 1 minute silence to remember all the Australian and the soldiers who died during war to protect our nation. We also watched a short documentary and had a discussion about this special day then followed this by creating poppies.

22.01.2022 Spring offers various opportunities for nature based explorations and activities. The children have been exploring flowers by looking at similarities and differences such as it's smell, colour, texture, ect. We engaged in the sensory experience and the process of mixing flower petals with water in a bottle and how it created difference sencts. It was also interesting to hear the children's conversation and thoughts about this activity.

14.01.2022 Friendly reminder - its time to Slip, Slap, Slop, Seek and Slide. Although it may still be cold, Victorias UV levels are on the rise. A Sun Smart station has been set up in the foyer, in every room and outside. If your child has sensitive skin, please provide us with a suitable sunscreen of your choice. Please ensure a hat is provided for your child for when they go outside.... We will check the UV rating each day before going outside.
