24.01.2022 You haven't seen this before This 90 mercury came to us laying inside the boat! After an incident the outboard parted ways with the boat, luckily the customer brought it to us for repair. The midsection was badly damaged so we stripped the power head and gearbox off before supplying and refitting a midsection to refit the outboard in the correct position. We then completed a full service, cleaned the carbys, new fuel system, control cables and all associated wiring. Topped off with a water test, this outboard is now ready to hit the water There really is no job we can't handle.

23.01.2022 Have a look at this one On-site annual service but we found fishing line behind the propeller. It unfortunately damaged the prop shaft seals causing the gearbox to take in water. We replaced the damaged seals, serviced the engine and installed the new sounder to get the customer back on the water in time for the weekend

23.01.2022 This customer's motor bent the gearbox skeg on his last trip. We straightened the skeg then primed it and finished it off with colour matched Yamaha paint. While it was off the motor the impeller was checked, gearbox oil replaced and motor checked over top to bottom to get another happy customer back on the water

21.01.2022 We’re back! Happy New Year to all, let’s hope the waters are calmer and the lines are tighter this year Our first job for the year was this Minn Kota that came in with spot locking issues. We diagnosed the cause as salt water entry in the GPS head. We supplied and fitted new genuine parts, tested operation and now have another happy customer

20.01.2022 I might be biased, but I do love these motors. We were called out to site to have a look at this 25hp Yamaha not pumping water. We fitted a new water pump, changed the gear box oil and fitted a new propeller to get this customer back on the water

19.01.2022 This old v4 Yamaha had passed it's used by date so it was removed and a later model 115 Mercury was fitted - hydraulic steering swapped over and bled up and all mercury controls and gauges fitted

10.01.2022 This is how we kick off the week V4 Yamaha due for an annual service but we found the gearbox driveshaft seals were leaking causing the gear oil to turn milky. We fully stripped the gearbox down, cleaned and inspected all components and found the driveshaft bearing to be damaged. Replaced the damaged bearing, fitted a full seal kit and pressure tested. Another reminder to regularly check your fuel filters! Check out the contamination in the bowl and on the actual filter. This motor runs like a charm now

09.01.2022 This Tohatsu came in as it wouldnt idle. We did a compression test before removing and stripping down the carburetor. We cleaned the carby and let it soak in solution overnight before reassembling and refitting. The fuel filter and lines were also cleaned and now this little motor is back up and running

09.01.2022 This 60hp 4stroke Yamaha came in for a top to bottom service. For protection against internal corrosion, we also replaced the zinc anodes.

08.01.2022 Can we supply and install genuine parts? Yes! Another annual service completed on this 40hp 2stroke Yamaha. Have a look at the corroded thermostat! We replaced it and also fitted a full water pump kit including the housing.
