22.01.2022 IT IS NOT HOW MOST PEOPLE SPEND A SUNDAY MORNING(this might interest you, especially if you read to the end ) But the Sunday before last, I woke up for a 5 a.m. meeting that went for three hours. In fact, I think it may have been three and a half hours.... We’ve all heard the saying proximity is power, and the real truth is that this might be one of the most impactful things that you and your business could ever do to take things to the next level: Surround yourself with people who are able to help YOU step up. I got to hang with an incredibly supportive and empowering international elite group of coaching mentors. I am so very proud to be included in this group of peers who I align with and admire. We catch up three times a week, including Sunday mornings at 7.30am. And this Sunday was extra special. This is where we laid out our vision for 2021. We described our purpose, the mission that we are on, and the impact that we will make. I committed to showing up every day to lift and positively impact the Natural Health Care standard for Practice success and Practitioner support. And even though it was an early start, while the rest of the country slept, I now feel empowered to step into 2021. I know my direction. I have clarity. I have goals, and importantly, I have a map for how to achieve them. And all the way through this next year I will be supported by these incredible team of people. We are there for each other. We understand each other and since meeting them had never been more excited about how I spend my day. I HAVE DECIDED TO OFFER SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR YOU TO KICKSTART 2021. 19.01.2022 Good morning!!!! I have just spend the whole weekend Immersed in a virtual Grace Lever #Doers Inner Circle weekend away. Special shout out to Grace and her team. You were superb! Thank you to the generous Rebecca Fagan from Physioyoga for hosting me in her living room. And thank you to her partner Toby Hone for not using the Internet while we were live streaming!! ... Running a business requires staying on top of your game at all times. But to stay on top, first you’ve got to get on top. And that means constant learning. So what were we learning? Filling, building and benefiting in Facebook Groups. Virtual Group coaching and events. Email marketing systems to create value and build relationships. Conversational marketing techniques to strengthen Relationships and position you as an expert. Increase your client base techniques such as low ticket funnels and e-books and virtual events. The beauty of learning new things, I think, it’s not to be selfish about it. 17.01.2022 What are your highest values? Have you taken the time to identify them? Did you know that your values change with time and circumstances? ... This gorgeous girl is my two-year-old granddaughter, Aria. Her mum, Jess, is a very talented photographer and business woman. My son, Raphael, has always had a very strong moral compass -he knows his values and lives by them. I am truely thankful for this, because now I have these two wonderful women in my life. The impact of knowing your highest values is far-reaching. Your highest values, once identified, act as the compass by which you make your decisions, without regret. They keep you motivated to make positive changes in life and direct the choices that you make and, therefore the outcomes you get. When was the last time you identified your highest values and re-calibrated your life based on these to give you lasting fulfilment? 04.01.2022 2020 MOVE ASIDE2021 IS COMING THROUGH!! In preparation for your 2021 perhaps it might be worth checking that you are ready for the year ahead by asking these questions about 2020: What went well? Why did it go well? What didn't go well? And why didn't it go well?... This way you can learn and repeat your wins and look for solutions where you didn't win. Ask yourself these additional questions: What do I want for myself for 2021? Get crystal clear here. What would be incredible for you to achieve? (Your life is allowed to be better than you could ever imagine.) What is my purpose for 2021? What will my mission be and what impact will I have on those around me? Who do I need to be to make this difference? Who do I need to have by my side to ensure that I achieve everything that I want from this year? I know I couldn't do it without my support team. (I posted about them earlier this week.) Proximity, indeed, is power! If 2021 is going to be a big year for you and you have ideas and plans and you know that you would benefit from having a coach by your side as a sounding board, a mentor and your cheerleader, then, please reach out to me.
