15.01.2022 IMPORTANT STEPS FOR YOU TO PASS ON TO ANY NEW FAMILY COMING INTO CARE TO FOLLOW- (THIS INFORMATION WILL ALSO NOW BE ATTACHED TO OUR ENROLMENT FORMS). Step 1/ Phone 136150 and inform the FAO that you are wanting to register your child/ren for child care- Ask for your CCSS % to pass on to your Educator. Step 2/ You will now need to fill in your enrolment form from either the FDC office or your Educator- if you have not yet done so and pass this onto either your Educator or dro...p it into the Family day Care office. This then allows the Family Day Care office to input your information and submit an enrolment notice to your my gov account- this is generally done within 30 minutes of us submitting the enrolment notice. Step 3/ Log on to MY GOV select Centrelink- from the drop down menu select Child Care Subsidy Now select enrolments- Now please confirm the enrolment on the screen (if there is no enrolment there yet please check back onto that app in a few hours time) Step 4/ you are now ready to start care with your child/ren, contact your Educator- he/she will be aware that you have completed the above process.

All in very good condition Table has some scratches on but not deep Table is 1200 long 600 deep 500 high Sits 4 chairs comfortably around or 3 across one side Ive had children 5-8 yrs sitting comfortably at the table doing craft Cost brand new was over $200 Advertised elsewhere
