24.01.2022 The recent vibes of the full moon and winter solstice have certainly packed a punch. We can now brace ourselves for the upcoming new moon in combination with a total solar eclipse on 2 July; followed by the new galactic spin starting on 13 July; and then a lovely lunar eclipse & full moon on 16 July. intense!! If you happen to follow the galactic calendar, we have just entered the final month of the galactic year cycle, so to me it seems quite fitting to finish the year wi...th such a bang. 22.01.2022 This Friday brings a lunar eclipse our way, the first of three upcoming eclipses over the next month. You can probably already feel the shifting and shaking of energy, bringing up all old toxic energies to be released once and for all. As well as major world issues, we experience our own internal shake-ups. Don’t be discouraged if certain events trigger emotional reactions. Sometimes we need to feel the release of particular energies at a conscious level, almost like your ...higher self is showing you what you’re ready to get rid of. Those resisting the shifting energies will have a hard time over the next few weeks. If you can maintain a flexible attitude and really let go of the need to be in complete control all the time, you’ll find yourself pleasantly grounded and able to remain a detached observer. There are many possible outcomes after the dust settles, and as always I encourage you to constantly hold visions of blissful, harmonious outcomes for the highest good of all. 22.01.2022 We have just yesterday entered a new lunar month, after what felt like a very chaotic full moon cycle recently and two sacred gateways on 22/2 and 3/3. I think it is very fitting that we now find ourselves in a Solar Moon of Intention cycle; with the equinox coming on the 20th of this month, it is the ideal time to focus our intentions wholly on what we want. As much as you can, block out all external chatter and interference that triggers the voice of the ego. Nothing cha...nges the fact that you are eternal, powerful beings with the ability to manifest all that you desire, and the only thing that stands in the way is our limited belief system. I feel the struggle of a lot of people at the moment, wondering why things aren’t changing more quickly and why there still appears to be so much suffering. The reprogramming we are all undergoing on a soul level needs to happen gradually. The total upgrade of our mind, body and spirit is a mammoth task, and it is well underway. The more you look for changes in humankind, the more you will notice how far we have come. Our ascension process is all inclusive, and although people may progress at different rates, eventually everybody will ascend into 5th dimensional (and beyond) living, without the harshness of living that we have known for so long. We are currently in the hardest part, as we shake off all of our layers of trauma, guilt and shame. The intense vulnerability this can trigger in us is because we are not used to going through our day-to-day existence without all our baggage from our current and past lives. 21.01.2022 There have recently been some extreme space weather conditions leading to the interplanetary shockwave experienced by our beloved Gaia on 26 May, doubling the strength of the interplanetary magnetic field. This activity directly impacts us on a genetic level, and if you find that your physical system is a bit overwhelmed at the moment, don’t despair. Our DNA is still being upgraded, and it is ultimately for our benefit, even if the process is sometimes uncomfortable (to say... the least!). There is actually a lot of DNA interference / manipulation that our systems are working to undo, and it is a mighty task. Don’t underestimate the abilities of your physical vessel. If it is currently feeling overworked / overwhelmed take some time each day to talk to it. You are so divinely powerful that you can direct your cells to repair, you can direct your bodily systems to maintain themselves, you can achieve perfect health, even in a toxic environment. Take the time to hear what your body is trying to tell you, and take the time to thank it for all the support it offers. These upgrades can knock us around a fair bit, but the process is absolutely necessary for our highest good, so we may go back to our divine blueprint. 19.01.2022 On Monday this week we entered a brand new (planetary) year, and we have the beautiful Sirian (Lemurian) energy bathing the planet in the lead-up to the opening of the powerful 8-8 gateway on 8 August aka the Lion’s Gate portal. On top of that, the 8th is also the new moon, so even though things are far from settled now, I think this energy gateway will pack a serious punch. These powerful energy gateways are not to be feared, but utilised creatively. This is why I alway...s encourage you to powerfully channel your focus on what is right with the world, the positive things that you want for yourself and the world, and everything / everyone you are grateful for. 18.01.2022 Depending on your location right now, you are most likely once again suffering through some kind of lockdown / restrictions due to covid. The impact is felt by everyone and it’s not an easy thing to deal with, though it does give us a lot of time for introspection and some much-needed respite. It can be hard to focus on positives if you are far from family and friends, but ask your guides to help keep your thoughts positive and uplifting. While meditating tonight I was rece...iving a lot of downloads geared towards completely adjusting/upgrading the way I think. I was shown how this is occurring for everyone on earth, with all negative/manipulative programming being released so that we can fully reconnect with our original divine blueprint for creating from thought. This then shifted into a beautiful experience with my guides reminding me of my divine innocence, followed by a massive cleansing of any guilt, shame or worthlessness that was present in my being. Again, I was told that this is happening on a global level and I would encourage everyone to tune in to these energetic shifts. There is such an amazing opportunity for spiritual growth right now, and although nobody will be left out of the process, conscious participation is very rewarding. The Earth experiences growing pains through her ascension as we all do, and these experiences are all important parts of the proc...ess. 15.01.2022 Yesterday marked the start of a new (galactic) month, beginning a lunar month of Integrity. This has a nice ring to it, as so much of our world has been out of integrity for so long - though I suspect it may be a bumpy ride for those not consciously working to live a life of integrity there are a few powerful energy portals our earth will be passing through, providing ample opportunity for even more shake ups than the last year has already brought. I am aware that many peo...ple had become convinced that certain timelines would eventuate in the wake of the US election, and there is a fair amount of disappointment that certain events did not come to fruition. There have been a lot of theories and predictions around what has been occurring over the last 12 months, connected with events going back many decades (and even centuries), and I think everyone managed to become fully committed to at least one. Most of these theories/predictions maintain the Us vs. Them vibration, and as such, are inappropriate for 5th dimensional living. Keep your hearts and minds focused on Unity For All, whatever that outcome may look like for you, and do not be disheartened if events turn out differently than you imagined. 14.01.2022 We are currently in the midst of an intense wave of energy, courtesy of the Saturn-Uranus square between 19 April and 3 May. As creatively potent as these concentrated energy packets can be, enabling us to manifest our desires like lightning, they also bring to the fore our overlooked issues/baggage that we need to release. The last year or so has left us little choice but to go within to do some serious inner work. To some this can seem like a waste of time, with many pre...ferring to be out in the world taking physical action, but this inner work is SO important and will affect your outer world in ways your external actions never could. For some that inner space might be their ...only escape from the outer chaos. Utilise that inner space to completely rise above third-dimensional perceptions, and embrace the bigger picture. Everything occurring is for the greater good, as far-fetched as that may seem at this point. Hold onto your visions for a blissful, peaceful outcome for everyone on earth. Make sure you’re still taking time to engage in those things that you enJOY, and let that joyful vibration heal yourself and those around you. 10.01.2022 We are currently making our way through a challenger month, which I’m sure most people have noticed by now and as disheartening as this might sound, challenges are our golden opportunities for growth. The main piece of advice I am giving my clients at the moment is don’t stress if your plans seem to fall apart, and you’re not failing if you have a bad day here and there. Challenges might be opportunities for growth, but that doesn’t make it a pleasant experience. We seem ...to be getting a lot of practice at rolling with the punches how do we really cope with change? I find not taking things too seriously to be a good strategy. My favourite tool for changing my perspective when it feels like nothing seems to be going my way is laughter. For some that might mean watching a good comedy, or hanging with a good friend who is guaranteed to make you laugh, but you know from experience by now that a good laugh can shift your whole reality. 10.01.2022 I usually expect the lead up to our alignment with the Lion’s Gate portal to be somewhat hectic, but I honestly cannot remember the last year that felt quite so intense! If you feel like the world has been given an extra dose of insanity, it is not your imagination, though we do have the full moon energy added to the mix right now... The Lion’s Gate offers a powerful influx of galactic photonic light from the central sun, peaking on the 8th, engulfing our beautiful planet a...nd all her inhabitants, accelerating our ascension. 08.01.2022 And the air is still thick with change; while it appears outwardly as complete and utter chaos, don’t be scared, it’s just change ;-) Change in every way imaginable. Change within ourselves, replicated in our outer world. It is both necessary and wonderful (though it most certainly doesn’t always feel that way). I hope you’re looking after yourself in this most interesting time. It is a very human reaction to resist change we feel like we’re finally finding our feet an...d the Universe seemingly pulls the rug out from underneath us. Change is and always has been constant, and it is nothing to fear or feel anxious about. Having said that, in the history of existence there’s probably never been a change quite like the major shift we are currently undergoing, but we’re doing great. Whatever tools you like to use to ground yourself, to go within, to find your inner peace, utilise them. What works for others may not be what works for you, and it’s important to bear this in mind. We’re all beautifully different, it’s what makes the world so interesting. Again I remind you to be patient with yourself and others; we’re all having our good days and our not so good days, but don’t judge the process. Keep your focus on what brings you joy, and allow the pieces to fall where they should. You need not try to force anything into place, your Higher Self knows just what to do. 07.01.2022 My goodness it’s been ages since I’ve been able to put pen to paper and channel some meaningful insight. This challenger month is really living up to its label, and I’ve noticed the impact on everyone around me. I’ve been completely inundated with studies (yet again), and have to keep forcing myself to make time to be still and connect. Almost this entire year has been challenging, but I feel the last few weeks have been especially so. These extra tough times tend to be... when people stop engaging in whatever spiritual practices they have, and simply think why bother?, or I’ve got bigger problems right now, and thereby fall into the trap of focusing on what’s wrong with the world. I chose this image today as a reminder that no matter what seems to be going on around you, there’s so much more beyond the veil that is unfolding. It may seem that we’ve been on pause for most of the year, but this whole chaotic process is absolutely part of a bigger plan, and one that will lead to greater freedom and joy for all. It will help things along to shift and maintain your focus on the desired outcome; now more than ever it’s important not to lose sight of the awesome things you wish to manifest for yourself and others. 06.01.2022 We have just made our way through a rather intense eclipse cycle, culminating in the opening of the Winter Solstice gateway yesterday. Personally, I can say it feels like the universe has been throwing all unresolved issues at me for immediate handling I have been busy! I hope you’re all devoting time to that which brings you peace and happiness, and discarding all else. This can be a difficult process; goodbyes are hard, and going through the motions of leaving certain ...situations or people can leave us feeling heartbroken and questioning our decisions. However, the reason I always emphasise the need for You Time is so the process can be consciously shared with your beautiful guides angelic and otherwise and so that you can gain clarity in the knowledge that the best is yet to come. Most of us at one time or another have settled for situations that drag our vibration down; if you feel like the universe has been bullying you recently, know that this is to motivate you into settling only for the very best. You are divine sparks completely deserving of unlimited joy, serenity and love. 03.01.2022 The intensity of the last eclipse has barely subsided, however this Saturday’s eclipse will bring even more wildly potent energy as it lands on the Solstice. If you’re able to remain somewhat calm and collected, it is actually a brilliant time to completely disconnect from any old circumstances which no longer serve, and to set clear intentions to manifest awesome new opportunities. I have noticed how hard this time has been on those who suffer with mental illness, so be sur...e to check in with those who are extra sensitive and vulnerable. It’s not easy for anyone, but if you’re able to offer anyone a helping hand be sure to do so. It is great to see people awake and willing to change. As always, I advise not to get caught up in any dramas, even if they seem to be fighting for the greater good. 02.01.2022 Yet again I find myself avoiding all social and news media as so many people turn their full focus to the coronavirus. A new galactic month began a few days ago, and it is a month of intention / manifestation in other words, a perfect time to ensure your focus remains on exactly what you DO want in your life, not what you don’t want. The media are yet again doing an excellent job of intense fear-mongering and people have really taken the bait. Something I always try to e...mphasise to my clients is that you can only be affected by and bring into your life that which you are a vibrational match to. That is why amid a sea of chaos you always have the ability to hold your peaceful centre with grace and ease. It is the same with any drama: you can choose to participate, or you can choose to divert your energy elsewhere. It is always a conscious choice. There are many people who love to get caught up in drama, even if that may be detrimental to their wellbeing, so I do hope most of us can lead by example and choose to focus on our amazing health and wellbeing, thereby allowing these aspects to grow. 02.01.2022 We are yet again making our way through another power-packed month. The 5-5-5 gateway energy can be felt again today, though perhaps not as intensely, and we have a glorious full moon lunar eclipse coming on 26 May as if this ride hasn’t been wild enough! There are incredible crystalline upgrades happening for each of us, and these will occur with or without your conscious intention in accordance with your highest divine will. It is a lovely experience to consciously tun...e into these energies, and I would recommend spending some time meditating each day. I had a client ask me yesterday what she could do to further the process, and I explained that the process is actually already completed, but our perception of its success is limited by 3D illusions of time and space. Shift your focus to that which brings you joy each day, thus keeping your vibration nice and high, and this will allow you to remain grounded in 5D (and higher) energies without getting bogged down in collective consciousness dramas/fears. Get out and have some fun; dance, sing, play outside in nature however you’d like to immerse yourself in this divine energy, just do it. Joy is your secret weapon to the life you dream of; when you are in the vibration of joy, your heartfelt desires the Universe has been trying to deliver flow straight to you unimpeded. There is no need to worry about the mechanics of how your plans will come to fruition; the Universe has heard your wishes time and time again, and the natural divine flow will deliver them straight to you. 01.01.2022 This year has already proved to be packed full of chaotic energy not just with the intense weather conditions, but within our personal lives too. There is quite a relentless upheaval of all that requires our attention; you may find family quarrels occurring, chaos in the workplace, or your physical health may even seem to be letting you down. These are all golden opportunities to focus the influx of new energy and light; let it flood into these areas calling for your atte...ntion. Continue to hold visions of the best possible outcomes for all situations. This year 2020 is a 22 Spiritual Master Builder year; and that is what we truly are in this current soul existence, though sometimes we may not feel much like masters of anything. There is ongoing opportunity for all to tap into their limitless resource of inner power and potential, but it will take a conscious effort on our part. 01.01.2022 Today marks the last day of another (galactic) year, with tomorrow being considered a day out of time before the new galactic year begins on 26 July. If you can, tomorrow spend some time in stillness meditating on all that you’re grateful for and all that you want to manifest in the coming year. The energy has been so intense over the last couple of weeks I have been feeling super tired and needed lots of extra sleep! At times you may feel your multi-dimensionality com...ing more and more into your consciousness, the ground might feel a bit rubbery beneath you, you may experience moments of dizziness and déjà vu. Allow yourself to go through these motions with patience and kindness to yourself and others the hard work your soul is doing may leave you feeling drained at times, but it’s vital to the ascension process. Anything you can do to help yourself feel grounded, peaceful, and consciously detached from ALL drama will serve you well. Don’t put any unnecessary pressure on yourself if you get a bit behind with the activities of daily living do what you can, the rest will still be there tomorrow. 01.01.2022 Happy new year all. I’ve been having trouble spending more than 5 minutes at a time on Facebook since the bushfires have started it is bringing out a lot of political agendas and anger issues in people, and the overwhelmingly sad photos/videos that keep popping up are making it hard to focus on anything else. Having said that, I do not want to imply that the coverage should stop, I just find myself too sensitive to maintain a constant focus on it. I am choosing to donate... whatever money I can afford to spare, and placing my focus on the outcome I wish to see. Our visualisations hold a lot of power, and if you’re feeling helpless in the face of all the trauma our people, animals and land are going through, visualise the most positive outcome you can imagine, hold onto that image, feel it, and thank the universe for bringing it into being (I have chosen today’s picture to help if you have trouble visualising). We have just entered the grand new year of 2020; over the holiday period we have had the 12-12 gateway, a solar eclipse in conjunction with a new moon on Christmas day, and today marks the beginning of a new galactic month and happens to be a lunar eclipse in conjunction with a full moon! Emotions will be running high, just be patient with yourself and others, and do your best to be supportive for those who may struggle with the challenge of dealing with their emotional aspects. Your kind words and actions have a ripple effect through the universe, so with focused intention send your loving vibes to the furthest reaches of existence. We are all needed here at this time. 01.01.2022 It has been some time since my last post. I think I’ve been enjoying this social isolation a little too much it’s the kind of time I live for: seemingly endless time to go within and work on the Self, embodying all the new light codes, cutting cords from this and previous lifetimes our work really is never done. I hope you’ve all managed to utilise this time to your advantage. I am getting the impression a lot of people feel like failures because they are not coping ... but to me, this tells me that you’re actually doing a lot of the necessary inner work, perhaps on a more subconscious level. It’s okay to struggle, it’s okay to have bad days and it’s okay to feel fed up with our current existence. The important outcome of this whole process is that things will never be the same nor should they. This whole situation is allowing everybody on earth the necessary time to finally process long-held issues that otherwise would have continued to be ignored. Of course it would take something this dramatic to make everyone take notice. It’s not easy work, but it’s part of our ascension phase, and I must say from my perspective it seems we’re all doing a great job. While there have been definite ups and downs, I hope you can all feel a sense of pride and accomplishment for getting this far. While our work is far from complete, it has been given great momentum with recent events.
