23.01.2022 Hope you have your dancing shoes ready.

20.01.2022 Lest we forget. Today Australia pauses to reflect, remember and honour those who died or suffered in all wars and armed conflicts. Today our school acknowledged the day with a ceremony at the front of the school including the laying of the wreath, playing of the Last Post followed by one minute's silence, poppies and art activities.

19.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the current circumstances our school disco has been cancelled.

17.01.2022 As we all are waiting for updates and the impact from COVID, we encourage parents to please drop children off and avoid entering school grounds where possible. Please do not enter classrooms and remember to social distance. Our Parent Information Session on Thursday 19th November has been cancelled. Our welcome packs will be given to families on this day. Thank you for your support as we try to keep all students, parents and staff safe.

16.01.2022 Angle Vale Primary School welcomed Dr Sandra Marshall, Chairperson of Code REaD Dyslexia Network to our school for Dyslexia Awareness Month. Sandra came to see the amazing work our Receptions are doing in literacy and also was able to observe our Literacy Intervention in action. We are proud to be an example of getting Literacy right for all children. #coderead #dyslexiaawareness

15.01.2022 Welcome to all the new 2021 Reception children and families who came for their first visit this morning. We look forward to getting to know them better over the rest of their transition visits. If you would like more information about enrolling your child at AVPS in 2021, please contact the school on 8284 7222. Our school is currently able to consider enrolments from outside of our zone so all enrolment enquiries are welcome.

14.01.2022 Leadership are meeting regarding the Premiers announcement & further information will come out later this afternoon and families will be notified once we know more. Pick up is at normal time.

13.01.2022 Just a reminder of our school closure day tomorrow. No staff will be onsite. Please contact Camp Australia if you require their services.

09.01.2022 Our school closure day has been cancelled for Friday 27th. School will run as normal.
