18.01.2022 Our event is proudly supporting Plastic Wise and BYO H2O. There will be two aid stations with water and tailwind and a Barwon Water trailer at the finish line for our competitors. Please bring your own refillable cup, bottle or vest (no cups will be provided). 17.01.2022 Merry Christmas! We have a great suggestion to run off some those extra Chrissy calories...... The Roo Run and Grommet Gallop will take place this Friday the 27th December in 2019. Starting times for each event are as follows: Grommet Gallop: Starts at 5:30pm Roo Run 4km: Starts at 6:00pm Roo Run 8km: Starts at 6:45pm... The Roo Run is a community initiative, open to all ages and abilities, aimed at improving the health and well being of locals and visitors. 14.01.2022 Conditions are looking perfect for a jog along the Anglesea cliffs tonight, so please allow some extra time for holiday traffic and event parking. Registration opens at 3:30pm. First event is the Grommets Gallop at 5:30pm. Start and finish is on the beach out the front of the Anglesea Motor Yacht Club.

05.01.2022 Our ambassador Megan Dickson is an up and coming U16 middle distance track star from Geelong. Just in the last couple of months she has came 2nd in Vic All Schools 1500m and 1st in the 3000m, 4th place Australian All Schools 1500m and 1st place at Zatopek 1500m. Megan can often be found on the trails at Falls Creek or the Surf Coast including having a win recently at the 13km Afterglow trail race. Megan and her whole family love to run and we are thrilled to have them join the Roo Run and highlight some of the local running talent.

04.01.2022 Only a few days until the 2018 Anglesea Roo Run! Online registrations will be open up until the run begins. This is the quickest way to enter! If youre interested in entering a Team this can be done at the Registrations area on the day. A Team Participation form must be completed. These will be available to complete from the Registrations area or can be downloaded from our website http://www.roorun.com.au 3pm Registrations and race pack collection will be open.... 5:30pm BBQ and drink sales 6pm-9pm.
