22.01.2022 This article is a long read but very interesting and definitely eye opening. As a doula unfortunately i have seen and experienced first had some of theses Brick walls. The miss treatment of pregnant woman is allot more common then some might think. It is truly sad that there is such limited choices in birthing. It is an honour for me to be able to support woman and their partners during birth but we need to educate every one and speak about our experiences. 20.01.2022 Almost a year ago today beautiful Shaye and Aaron trusted me to advocate for them as a Doula. I got an ivite to his first birthday party this week over the last year she has become a wonder friend to me and i don't think there is anything more rewarding then to see a child grow up. Thanks for keeping around!

10.01.2022 I never truly realized the impact a Doula could have on the outcome of a birth. It is huge and i feel so blessed that i have the privilege to do what i do. To help woman through a time of growth and love to see the changed before and after a birth is phenomenal. So to all those beautiful mums who invited me into their scared birthing space thank you from the bottom of my heart. I walk away with so much joy and love after each birth. Each and every one of you become a part of my heart.
