21.01.2022 I kinesiology. All 3 of us see Heidi from equilibrium kinesiology regularly. Kinesiology has helped me manage stress in my body, release and reprogram limiting beliefs and support healing within my body. It has supported me to grow my self esteem, expand in my business and start to really create the life I envision. ... Heidi is so wonderful with our daughter. She is patient and kind. She has supported our daughter in releasing the cause of nightmares and shift energy imbalances within her body. Heidi has also supported our daughter to come to terms with the shifts and changes with in her little world like when she started school or as she grows up and isnt the baby any more. Just as we need support to continue to grow and evolve so do our children.

Sometimes we work on it together other times just one of us wonders over to it.... 10.01.2022 I was only thinking about this today #nocoincidences People over the years have often mistaken my vulnerability for fragility, my frustrated tears for over sensitivity, my openness for weakness. Because of that I have swung between being open and being closed off but I can't do closed off for long...those things that other see as flaws are a big part of what makes me strong, resilient, determined, brave and yes even stubborn. ... They are a big part of what makes me uniquely me. Can I be over sensitive? Sometimes, it is also what makes me deeply compassionate, empathetic and able to consider other side's of a situation. My vulnerability is my strength and among other things it's one of the reasons my clients come to trust me so deeply. And my honesty and openness is what makes me real, human, imperfect...it's what allows me to relate to others.

03.01.2022 The only bird that will peck at an Eagle, is the crow. He sits on his back and bites his neck. The Eagle does not respond or fight with the crow. It doesn't was...te time or energy on the crow. It simply opens its wings and begins to rise higher in the sky. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the crow to breathe. Eventually the crow falls due to lack of oxygen. Stop wasting your time with the crows. Just take them to your heights and they'll fade. Too good not to share May you fly to new heights....

01.01.2022 My husband and I enrolled our 5 1/2 yr old daughter in Lemonade Kids Standing Strong program. Every week she goes for an hour where she connects with others, learns about resilience, inner strength and honouring herself. She loves it. I love seeing her confidence and self understanding grow. #proudmum... I also get space for me. I get to sit in the sun, read, connect in with myself, journal and just be. <3 This time honours both of us in such beautiful, connected and nurturing ways <3
