13.01.2022 Home made souvas; Bread; 2.5 cups plain flour, 1 cup warm water, 2.25tspn yeast, 2tblsp oil & some salt. Mix knead, let rise. Split pinch into balls. To cook on BBQ, roll them out use baking paper to get the onto the plate then slide the bread off. Lamb koftas; lamb mince, cumin, coriander, mint, parprika, lemon or lime juice, S & P, egg, bread crumbs, spring onions Garlic sauce; Greek yoghurt, garlic, S&P a little onion, some parsley, some lemon or lime juice, add some more ...of this and that till it tastes not bad then put it in the fridge the garlic will come through. 05.01.2022 - A P P R E C I A T I O N - A big huge thank you to each and everyone who order a mask, purchased a mask, managed to score a mask before our lives all changed from what is our normal for however long it may be!!! After 4 machines we have managed to finish off what we wanted/able to!!! We pumped out over 200 masks with over 150 in one shift (far out it was worse than working close @barrells.nightclub ) however knock off fet similarily the same at 2:30am of a Sunday morning!! ...Who would have thought!! @annabarta a quick share and a panic attack on my lunch break!! @annabarta cut each and every piece of fabric for every mask!! I just sat in a seat and sewed !!! What a week!! We may have one or two spare message @annabarta (aka boss lady) just call Granny!!
