This takes the total of funded base stations under #MBSP to 1,229. 22.01.2022 Dear Customers, we are currently experiencing connectivity issues with NBN Satellite connections due to a hardware issue in the Data Center. Engineers are currently working on the fault.

20.01.2022 Outage Notifications: Some satellite customers continue to experience an outage as a result of an NBN satellite service outage. NBN continues to work on a resolution but has not yet provided a time to resolution. Some services remain impacted. Last Updated:05:56 am AEDT 21/01/2020

19.01.2022 SUN TRANSIT EVENT It's time for Sun Outages on Sky Muster again, the Sun Outages will affect satellite customers for a maximum of 15 minutes each day until the 13/04/20 usually in between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm. The date and time on which it will affect for your service is dependent on your location in Australia and that of the Ground Station your satellite beam is on. A Sun Outage occurs when the sun comes into direct line with the satellite and ground station or the dish on your roof. The sun’s rays then overwhelms the signal, creating a loss of connectivity.

07.01.2022 Outage Advice: NSW | Bathurst, Tamworth and surrounding regional areas | Affected by a fibre break as a result of bushfires. This may affect NBN customers in the area and will be resolved as soon as engineers can safely access the area. Apologies for the inconvenience but there is no ETA at present. 22/12/2019 16:23. Thoughts and Prayers are with the Fire and Rescue teams fighting the fires throughout Australia.
