The interpretation of the reader isnt always what was meant by the sender of the message. Lack of punctuation in text messages can often lead to different interpretations. Here is a great example of how punctuation can lead to two meanings! . An English professor wrote the words: A woman without her man is nothing on the chalkboard and asked his students to punctuate it correctly. All of the males in the class wrote: A woman, without her man, is nothing. All the females in the class wrote: A woman: without her, man is nothing. 13.01.2022 What brought me to #Australia? The love of the Australian way of life and #Kitesurfing. I have always been a huge fan of outdoor life and sport. In particular I love the water and have always enjoyed swimming and windsurfing. Then I took up kitesurfing in 1998 when I was living in the South of France. Kitesurfing quickly became a very important part of my life and ultimately led to the decision of migrating to Australia. Stranded on an island that would go under water as the tide came in. Had to raise money to get rescued from the island before the tide came in !! What a fun idea. The Honourable Deputy Mayor @gatesydon was crowned Queen and I was crowned King for raising funds !!! Yesterday, on the 40th Anniversary of my fathers presidency, I myself became the President of Varsity Rotary Club, in Queensland, Australia. (b) the persons are not related by family; and (c) having regard to all the circumstances of their relationship, they have a relationship as a couple living together on a genuine domestic basis. (2) Those circumstances may include any or all of the following: (a) the duration of the relationship; (b) the nature and extent of their common residence; (c) whether a sexual relationship exists; (d) the degree of financial dependence or interdependence, and any arrangements for financial support, between them; (e) the ownership, use and acquisition of their property; (f) the degree of mutual commitment to a shared life; (g) whether the relationship is or was registered under a prescribed law of a State or Territory as a prescribed kind of relationship; (h) the care and support of children; (i) the reputation and public aspects of the relationship. 04.01.2022 I was honored to sign a memorandum of understanding on behalf of MBA Lawyers to become a Major Corporate Sponsor of the Malaria Vaccine Program. Established in March 2017, the Malaria Vaccine Project is a partnership between Rotary District 9640 and Griffith Universitys Institute for Glycomics which aims to raise funds to support the Institutes world-first human clinical trials of a whole parasite blood-stage malaria vaccine. 03.01.2022 There is no requirement to be divorced before entering into a property settlement or before filing an initiating application for property orders. Sometimes people will not file for divorce, whether for religious reasons or otherwise. However, once a divorce becomes final, then any application for property settlement must be filed within 12 months. These increases have the potential to overload particular Registries and Duty Lists and, if not properly managed, may lead to increased risks for children and vulnerable parties.
