10.01.2022 We, the editorial team at Bossy, would like to offer our sincere apologies to Bridie Mackay. Earlier this year, we were honoured to select Bridie’s original piece as the cover art for Bossy’s 6th print editionPleasure and Danger. Unfortunately, however, our final proofing document failed to include Bridie’s name and artist statement. As a result, she has not been credited for her contribution. Bridie’s submission was integral to the solidification of our vision for this year...’s print theme, and while we will include her details in the digital version of the magazine before it is uploaded to Issuu, we recognise that we cannot erase the harm that has been done in our failure to acknowledge her involvement as an artist. We look forward to utilising our platform to elevate Bridie’s creative works in the futurebut for now, you can find her on Instagram at @bridiesaywhaa and @on__loop.
