19.01.2022 Very excited to hear that our recent Honours Graduate Kristina Neumann, has won not 1 but 2 awards at this years Canberra Arts Patron Organisation (CAPO) awards. We'd like to give a well deserved congratulations to Kristina for winning the Robert Foster Memorial Award AND the Emerging Artist Award.

10.01.2022 We are very proud that our 2019 Honours Graduate Kristina Neumann has been awarded the TALENTE 2020 PRIZE in Munich, Germany. This annual international survey exhibition of young craft artists is judged by an international panel of artists, academics and curators. This year there were 99 finalists selected from 33 countries and 10 awards given. Among the awarded artists were two Australians, both were recent graduates from ANU School of Art & Design. The other was Isabelle Mackay-Sim, who graduated from ANU School of Art & Design Ceramics Workshop in 2018. 01.01.2022 We are very pleased to hear that the late Robert Foster will be inducted into the Design Institute of Australia Hall of Fame ...undoubtedly one of our most highly regarded and loved graduates, who made a significant impact on the Australian design world. He will join a list of over 100 designers who have been inaugurated to this esteemed list since the program’s inception in the late 1990s. As a close friend and colleague of Robert's, Dr. Rohan Nicol head of the ANU School of Art & Design Jewellery & Object Workshop, will be heading to Sydney for the induction celebrations at the Powerhouse Museum.
