25.01.2022 One of our lovely members Chloe has been doing our AF challenge! She has been absolutely smashing it and we honestly love seeing her progress!! Here are some words from herself! 4th week into the AF Challenge they aren’t crazy big on the outside, I feel a lot stronger from within. I’m in such an experimental stage with, not only my training, but my diet as I have never taken it seriously due to my tight-ass self not wanting to spend money for meal prep. 20.01.2022 Why do you enjoy training? One of our members, Ace has picked therapy. Therapy can mean coming to the gym and letting out whatever you’re feeling. Not only is this a stress reliever but it’s also a healthy way of reliving any negative emotions you may have in your mind. Negative emotions aren’t good for us and our lifestyle whereas positive affirmation is something we should give to ourselves and others to help smash out our goals! 07.01.2022 Some thoughts and advice from our coach When I train, it’s a way to better myself not only physically but mentally as well. As I come into each session, all I think about is how can I get the best out of this session? Then I think of the things I need to work on (for example technique) and I try to execute it to the best of of my ability. Granted sometimes you might not execute something to the best of your ability but that’s how you learn and grow. Next time you walk into a session, really think about what it is you want to achieve and ask yourself if you’re doing what you need to do in order to achieve that goal
