25.01.2022 Will and Nathan were in for their usual Monday workout yesterday. Nathan has lost 8kg which isn't surprising as hes always giving it 110%. And yesterday was his 28th birthday!!!! Awesome work Nathan and Will. We are very proud of you guys.

Some people dont know this, but about 20 metres from our doorstep is a gorgeous interior decorating shop called @Jakjak, with a brilliant cafe inside.... Wander inside after a workout and grab yourself a high-end coffee and some REAL healthy food (no processed food here!) while you peruse the gorgeous decor. AND, I bet you didn't know this.... There's a back area to relax and unwind after your workout... Because hey, you deserve it! No need to drive off to find coffee afterwards, when it's on our doorstep. Well, almost.
